hast du das Problem nur mit OpenMPI oder auch mit anderen MPI Bibliotheken
(z.B. MPICH2)

Ansonsten kannst du auch mal probieren, ob du das All-to-all mit Collectives
hin bekommst, z.B. Scatter oder Gatter.
