Off-topic, and surely better on the Beowulf list, it's answered
somewhere in the OFED docs: Make the MTRR setting `discrete' (under the
CPU parameters in the AMI BIOS versions with which I'm familiar).
I can't think of a suitable Ob-OMPI.
