I'm afraid that we have no academic papers to cite for PLPA, sorry! :-(
If you need a bibtex-type reference, perhaps you can morph the main
Open MPI project bibtex entry to say that PLPA is a sub-project of
Open MPI, yadda yadda yadda...?
