The HMT went in with the same commit as the (socket,core) stuff [1]. But
not all architecure need to export all files under topology. And I haven't
checked, which archs do export only a subset.

The node stuff is definitely older. Why the pentium 4 don't export at
least a node0 is unknown to me. My dual opteron have only one memory bank
on cpu0 and both cpus are in node0.
