I've just put 0.9a2 up on the web site.

We may have an endian issue on POWER Linux systems -- I don't have
access to such a system to test on, but I made a guess at the problem
(changed the back-end datatype of plpa_bitmask_t from unsigned char
to unsigned long).

Anyone got one of these to test on?
