This message is just to save others the time and effort of checking.
The value of the affinity mask is inherited on fork(). However, after
fork(), the parent and child have different copies of the mask, so
modifying one will not modify the other.
The affinity mask is not a hard restriction, the child can reset or
escape the mask set by the parent or by an external entity, so the
affinity mask _cannot_ be used in a way similar to setrlimit().
