The Portable Linux Processor Affinity (PLPA) toolkit v1.3.2 has been released.

It is expected that this will be the last release of PLPA. This release contains only two changes compared to v1.3.1:
1. The Fedora project noticed a minor license inconsistency in PLPA. Red Hat and AMD representatives worked together to resolve the issue; this release includes an updated version of the AMD license header in the PLPA source code (none of AMD's contributed code changed).
2. A minor Valgrind fix contributed by Julian Seward.
