The Portable Linux Processor Affinity (PLPA) project is pleased to
release version 0.9a1 to the community. The PLPA is intended to
provide a source- and binary-portable mechanism for developers
wishing to use processor affinity on Linux platforms.
Not intended as a stable release, this version is meant as a first
public offering, inviting developers to test the software and submit
comments and suggestions for improvement for an eventual v1.0 release.
