This is for the first time i am using mingw64, can you tell me the steps for compiling hwloc using this mingw64.i am getting this error, when i type make
it says.
"fatal error: sys/mman.h no such file or directory".
Can you please help me out.

Mmm, why using cmake? I don't think autoconf/automake supports this.
We just use mingw32 to build hwloc. IIRC there is now a 64bit version.
