Hi,
I'm taking my first steps at using hwloc, having built openmpi with
hwloc support and trying some simple things. On my login nodes I get
the following error:
[A00017456_at_login00 hello_mpi]$ ./a.out

* Hwloc has encountered what looks like an error from the operating system.
*
* object intersection without inclusion!
* Error occurred in topology.c line 594
*
* Please report this error message to the hwloc user's mailing list,
* along with the output from the hwloc-gather-topology.sh script.

The program runs ok, but I am following instructions and reporting
this here. Output from "hwloc-gather-topology login00" is below and
the produced .tar.bz file attached.
Thanks,
