On the page: http://www.open-mpi.org/projects/hwloc/ the 'download page' link: http://www.open-mpi.org/software/hwloc/v1.3.1/ is broken.
But http://www.open-mpi.org/software/hwloc/v1.3/ works so my work is not stalled :)
