What people prefer to give as parameter for the membind interface? A
set of nodes (from a combination of obj->nodeset, or built by hand using
os_index of NODE objects), or a set of cpus (from obj->cpuset)?
OS interfaces take a set of nodes, so that if we use a set of cpus,
we'll have to convert to nodes anyway.
