No, we do not have password guidelines.

According to the SVN management system (sourcehaven), you haven't
responded to the invite yet -- it still has you in a "invited but not
replied" status.

Are you having a browser problem, perchance?  I've used Safari and
Firefox to access the site; I don't know what others are/are not
supported.
