Yes, we can get a trac instance for the documentation SVN. This will
have a wiki and bug tracking.
What name do we want for the SVN repository? If no one replies by
COB today, I'll create an SVN named "ompi-user-docs" (suggested by
Josh) and get an associated trac for it.
