A little nit I noticed today

The release announcement for 1.3.3 says:
   - Added Microsoft Windows support. See README.WINDOWS file for details.

While the FAQ entry
http://www.open-mpi.org/faq/?category=supported-systems#os still says
   There are plans to support Microsoft Windows in the not-distant future.
