Given the other instability on the trunk right now (e.g., PML issues
raised in https://svn.open-mpi.org/trac/ompi/ticket/1087), it seemed
prudent to wait off on merging the ib_multifrag branch into the trunk.

Hopefully, we'll get the new openib stuff in the ib_multifrag branch
committed early next week. This will clear the way for Mellanox/
Pasha to commit his credits updates and asynch event code, then I'll
start on the modular wireup stuff.
