Hi all -

There will be a short outage of the web application that controls our
SVN repository tomorrow (Friday, March 24th) at 1:00pm EST (18:00
zulu). SVN access should be uninterrupted during this time, but the
admin web pages will be unavailable. Sorry about the short notice,
but we need to make a quick configuration change.
