At this point, if you the "right" kind of changes (or "wrong" kinds of
changes -- depends on how you look at it :-) ) to your INI file, yes. Such
changes include:
- change in section name
- addition or deletion of sections

Good point - no, the Trim phase that I had in mind would not handle this
scenario. It would probably be good if we could automatically handle this
somehow...
