Subject: [OMPI docs] Documentation of MPI_Status

I've tried Googling "site:open-mpi.org MPI_Status" and I was not able
to find an official reference for what is contained in the struct.
I eventually found it on page 30 of the MPI 3.0 specs.
I think it would be nice if OpenMPI can add some info on the
MPI_Status struct, since PDFs are have rather poor visibility on
search engines.
