A little context for the docs sub-group: Mukesh posted a very similar
message on the devel list a few days ago. I stated that the
developers didn't have such a doc, but would love one (it's just that
no one has had the time/resources to make and upkeep one). I suggested
posting here to see if the docs group had any suggestions about
specific documentation methodologies, technology, etc. to use.

A little context for Mukesh: the docs sub-group has one or two
developers monitoring this group, but is mainly comprised of users
(per their decision to first make user-level OMPI documentation). So
they'll likely have suggestions on methodologies and/or technology to
use, but will unlikely have much insight into the actual OMPI code.
